LATEST NEWS - Winter The 2024 harvest is in and we're very happy with the result. The crop was small at Langhorne Creek but above average size in McLaren Vale and the quality is high across all of our blocks. The new vintage is resting safely in barrel and the vines have lost their leaves now and drifted off to sleep. It's time for us to start the winter pruning. We had almost no rain in autumn this year which left the vineyard looking unusually brown at the start of winter. Temperatures are low now and grass growth will be slow but we're hoping for good rains to refill the soils before budburst in spring. The long range weather forecast looks ok but we'll have to wait and see. We're sold out of wine at the moment but we'll be bottling and releasing the 2023 vintage reds later in the year and if you're planning to visit, the cellar doors will re-open on Saturday 16 November at 10am. We'll be open for 3 consecutive weekends: 16/17, 23/24 and 30 November/1 December between 10am and 5pm each day. We'd love to see you then. With very best wishes, Drew and Rae.
