VICTORIA
Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600).
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.
QUEENSLAND
Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

8. Pricing Errors
In the event of a product appearing on the website at the wrong price, Noon Winery reserves the right to cancel or decline orders for the product at the incorrect price.
9. Product Availability
All products are sold on a ‘while stocks last’ basis. If an order has been placed after the requested product has sold out, the buyer will be contacted with alternative options.
10. Delivery
Noon Winery will endeavour to deliver wine to buyers in as little time as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to be made. Remote areas may take slightly longer for logistical reasons. Once an order has been dispatched from the winery to its original destination, any changes to that destination or redirect requests made by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
11. Modification of Terms
Noon Winery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes or revisions to these Terms shall indicate your agreement with and acceptance of such changes or revisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of South Australia, Australia.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
